Is the planning and highways authority and is responsible for this site and the data herein. They will analyse the data along with Sustrans and decide how and where to implement improvements to the route

Sustrans helped the City council with the original consultation, the data analysis and early design of interventions required to improve the route.
Transport for Greater Manchester
TfGM will undertake an assurance role, on behalf of GMCA as the scheme is funded by MCF. For funding to be released the scheme will need to submit a Business Case for approval . The Review Panel will present approval recommendations to the Cycling and Walking Delivery Board (CWDB) and the Greater Manchester Cycling and Walking Board (GMCWB). The GMCWB will recommend schemes for gateway approval to the GMCA. Only once fully approved by the GMCA will schemes be granted relevant Gateway Approval status.
